FAQs
These FAQs address the aspects of having both on-shore and offshore VA and our on-shore management process:
Yes, we do. Our unique model includes a blend of on-shore and offshore virtual assistants. This approach helps us keep our services affordable for our clients while ensuring high-quality support.
Employing offshore VAs allows us to offer competitive pricing to our clients. It reduces our operational costs, and we pass these savings on to you, ensuring you receive top-notch services at a more economical rate.
Absolutely not. In fact, many of our offshore VAs possess qualifications and expertise that are on par with and often exceed those of local professionals. We rigorously vet all our VAs, regardless of their location, to ensure they meet our high standards.
All client management and quality control are conducted on-shore in Australia. This means that while your VA might be offshore, their work is regularly monitored and checked by our on-shore team to ensure it meets our strict quality standards.
Our offshore VAs are adept at handling a wide range of tasks, including administrative support, bookkeeping, customer service, digital marketing, and more. We match tasks to VAs based on their specific skill sets and experience.
Yes, you can. While we recommend taking advantage of our blended model for cost-effectiveness and diverse skill sets, we offer the flexibility to work exclusively with our on-shore team if that is your preference.
We have systems in place to ensure smooth communication across different time zones. Our VAs are flexible and can adapt their schedules to suit your business needs, ensuring that there is always someone available to support you.
We take confidentiality and data security very seriously. Regardless of whether a VA is on-shore or offshore, we have strict protocols and use secure technology and to protect your information.
For Password’s we use LastPass as it’s a secure online password storage system that allows users to securely keep, generate, and share passwords, and store their user logins and websites, as well as other sensitive information in a password vault.
You kind of don’t. Part of the beauty of V10 is that we take the thinking off of your hands as well; we know this can sometimes take just as much time and effort as the actual work. You just tell your Client Manager (CM) what you’re having trouble with, and THEY organise a virtual assistant for the task. So yes, in a roundabout way, you hire a VA. But you only have to offload your business woes to your CM, who handles the rest.
After meeting with you, your Client Manager (CM) will sit down and plan out how to tackle all the work you discussed in your brief weekly meeting. Then they will break the job down into smaller tasks and go through our pool of Virtual Assistants (VAs) to see who is most qualified to complete these tasks.
They will email, call, or message that VA and explain what needs to be done and when it needs to be done by. Then the VA gets started.
Once complete, the VA will let the CM know. This will happen with all the VAs assigned to all the work for your business, so our CMs spend most of their time coordinating the work.
Your CM can then send you updates as things are being ticked off or touch base in a quick regular meeting. Just to make sure you’re happy with everything and see if there’s anything else that V10 can do for you.
Our virtual assistants or VAs, are specialists in one or two specific areas. They have years of experience and a wealth of knowledge on very specific things. Most come with university degrees.
BUT because they’re very niche specialists – they come from everywhere.
We have people in Australia and we have some people not in Australia. Have some VAs who are Australians not in Australia, and some VAs who are not Australian who work in Australia. We bring them in to do the job because they’re experts, they’re efficient, and they deliver amazing results. And these very competent professionals work for V10, because it works for them. We’ve found that a lot of VAs are expats that tend to live like kings in off-shore tropical locales, because they’re able to work remotely and get paid well for it.
No matter where they are, you can be assured that the work will get completed efficiently and expertly. Especially as our CMs act as gatekeepers for quality assurance. They will have your best interests at heart and make sure it gets done, and gets done well.
Pretty much anything an Office Manager, Administration Assistant or Personal Assistant would do. A VA can offer the same business & administration support – but they do it remotely.
We have put together a document that provides an idea of some of the tasks a VA can take off your plate – download here.
This list is just the start of our capabilities – if there’s other tasks you have in mind, just ask!
No! There are no contracts. It’s a week-to-week payment and you can terminate at any time. With no notice period required.
We have a Money Back Guarantee! If you, for any reason, are unhappy with the work we have completed for you – you get back the total cost for the previous week’s work. This claim must be made within 7 days, from the end of that billed week of work that you were dissatisfied with.
Prior to working together we will supply you with a signed Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA), also known as a Confidentiality Agreement. The purpose of an NDA is to protect any confidential information that you disclose to us.
The best way is to book a 30min Discovery Call with V10 so we can learn more about you and your business requirements. We’ll then allocate you a Client Manager who will tell you what they need from you to get the work done. Our client managers get to know everything about your business and what direction you want to take it in. Then they find the best virtual assistants to help your business get to where you want it to go.
If you are not 100% happy with your virtual assistant, bring it to our attention and we’ll either replace them, redo the work, or end your agreement immediately. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.
Each client has their own dedicated Client Manager (CM) who will be available to assist with any general questions or any issues that may arise. They will be fully aware of how your particular business operates and your expectations. Their role will include; communicating with you if your virtual assistant is ill to ensure your business is not affected. As well as organising contingencies so the work is still completed efficiently and to our high standards.
You will also have a secondary CM who will be available if, for any reason, you’re unable to make contact with your usual CM.
Absolutely, we will work with you and your processes where required.
We do use specific software to record every employee’s assigned tasks and working hours, along with a few other programs. However, these are installed from our end. We try to keep things as basic and as user friendly as possible. Some of the programs such as Slack you may already use. Some programs may need to be installed from the business’s end to complete specialised tasks which we are more than happy to walk you through, if you need.
